March 4, 2020I would like to thank all the trainers at Fit Stop. They are very dedicated, helpful and friendly. They really care not just about your training but also about the well being of the individual. They make sure that the meal plan will suit all your needs like how much time you have to cook meals, what you like to eat... etc. There were many times I thought I couldn’t make it but they motivated me that yes I can and I really did. I totally recommend Fit Stop if you want to feel better and have a better healthy life style. Thank you so much Carlin, Redeemer, Ryan and Walden I hope to see you again soon 🙂

I started training three times a week and really enjoyed the variety & challenge they put into the sessions. Carlin & his team are focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun).My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups/core exercises,lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. But the most important: - They ensure that my technique is always correct to avoid injuries. - They are extremely reliable and punctual - always set up and ready to start training ahead of time,with an exercise routine planned. - I thoroughly enjoy working out and would recommend Carlin & his team to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated group of trainers.
